From Iran Sohaili, Bulawayo, Zimbabwe:

So here we are on the end of our study and you said we can have a well

deserve rest, I kind of feel sad that it is over, every day I have been

waking up and the first thing I would do, was go to the computer and check the email to find out the next project and the questions and the answers and the remarks of all the friends we have made through this course. At the beginning of the project, I felt that I just can not carry on, the words were too long and too difficult for me, my Persian tongue would just not twist enough to get them out of my mouth, and that was frustrating. I am sure my Persian friends agree with me, like how

do you pronounce" aggrandizement". But I did not give up and I kept on going and it got better as we continued with the book.

I felt as though I was in a play, sitting in front of the stage and curtain

goes up and takes me through all the happenings and the history of our

beloved Faith. The stage changes all the time, it gets darker and lighter

according to the event that takes place in our lives. When I read about the victories that Shoghi Effendi achieved by the plans he gave the Baha'i world and called it( Spiritual Crusade). Calling for 44 new National Assemblies, erection of Houses worship in so many places, expansion of number of Local Assemblies around the world to five thousand, this is really mind boggling for as we read it, how those hand full of dedicated Baha'is must have felt at that moment? Here again I watch the stage with all these heroes and heroines trying to achieve this colossal task, with the sacrifices that they are making, it becomes easy for them when they know that it is God's plan and it can be done. They think of the words of Shoghi Effendi, seeing him standing there in front of them and guiding them step by step towards the plan. I hear the trumpets of victory on the stage, the stage grows brighter and brighter with all colorful lights all over the place and all around me, but I feel so small and insignificant.

In the end I like to mention that how much the various input of our friends

helped me to understand this course. The one booklet that helped me

personally a lot, was the one written by Dr Stephen H. Waite, year 2001,

called The 20th Century. The Century of Light. I

recommend  to everyone to read this booklet.

I must just mention one more thing which touched a lot, it is that how

important unity is amongst us, and this unity makes us different from rest

of the world, when we read the real meaning of unity on the page, 41-4.5, we think again and search ourselves that are we united in that real sense?

There is a lot that I like to write, but already I have written too much,

all I can say now, I would have to read quite a few books to get the

information's that I got from this one book.

Thank you again. Iran Sohaili.
