Study Circles:
Bahá'í communities throughout the world provide those interested in learning more about the Bahá'í Faith with opportunities to participate in small study groups that work through a series of courses on various aspects of Bahá'u'lláh's Teachings and their application to solving humanity's urgent difficulties. If you'd like to attend, or just want more information, please contact the
Spiritual Assembly of the Bahá'ís of Denton, or call (940) 243-1496.
Devotional Meetings:
Our Devotional meetings, times of quiet prayer in a relaxed environment, are now running. Readings from the great religions of the world and prayers are offered in this peaceful environment. Bahá'í Devotional Gatherings' are regularly scheduled meeting times of collective worship - the exaltation of God - and sharing a devotional spirit of joy, love and fellowship. Readings are taken from the Bahá'í Writings and the Holy Scriptures of Christianity, Islam, Judaism, Hinduism, Zoroastrian, and Buddhism. Participants are often encouraged to bring their prayer book, Bahá'í Scripture, Bible, Qurán, Torah, and selections of other Sacred Writings to share and prayer requests are often honored. Musical selections are often diverse, coming from
a variety of cultures and styles. There is no established ritual, no request for funds and light refreshments are often served.
If you'd like to attend, or just want more information, please contact the Spiritual Assembly of the Bahá'ís of Denton, or call (940) 243-1496.
