 'Fireside' meetings.
We have regular meetings for anyone who would like to find out more about the Bahá’í Faith. A public ‘fireside’ is organised on some evenings each month, starting at 8-00 p.m. Telephone 01708-446297, or email havering@bci.org for details of these and other meetings.
Short courses
The first course is called "Reflections on the Life of the Spirit", and includes the meaning of life after death, the Word of God [as revealed by our Prophet] and the purpose of prayer. These courses take place during evenings, normally 8-00 to 10-00 p.m. on the same day each week, for several weeks.   Telephone or email as above for details.
Daytime Devotionals.
Those who are available during the day are welcome to join our weekly meeting for prayers and readings.  They currently take place on Monday mornings or Thursday afternoons.  Telephone or email as above for details.
Evening talks.
Enquire about our series of talks in various parts of Havering.  Recent ones have been in Cranham  Community Centre and in Rush Green Community Centre.
Holy Day Celebrations
Our new year started on 21st. March  and we had a party to celebrate it.
The festival of Ridvan is from 21st. April to 2nd. May  and contains 3 Holy Days.

Here are some of the Bahá’ís with the Mayor & Mayoress of Havering at a Holy Day celebration in April 1999.

This picture is of some Bahá’ís gathered for a Holy Day in October 2000.
