As the primary role of the Olinga Academy
for Rural Development Inc is the application of Baha'i socio-economic
principles in the provision of; vocational education, training, and resource
support for community and rural needs, our business plan reflects this
need through the efficient and effective provision of our services as
covered below:
- Scheduling training flow based on training needs assessments
and community/Institutional needs.
- Assuring that adequate trainers and resources are available
and arranged in a timely manner.
- Training Delivery that is arranged and delivered according
to our Quality System practices, information is recorded, and that the
necessary evaluations are documented.
- Practising Continuous Improvement by taking suggestions
made by stakeholders and trainers and applying it to the next training
delivery.
Our Training Profile for each year will be
based upon our previous years successes and stakeholder consultations
with program reduction in the areas that had reduced needs. Our focus,
thus, will be based on Community and rural needs (morally based with local
and Institutional guidance) and will be modified accordingly to assure
opportunities are taken into account.
