Is there any training programme for trainers?
In order to ensure effective utilisation of YEP, it is suggested that the trainers/ facilitators undergo two to four days of training.

Who is the target group for training?
The teachers and educators in middle and secondary schools, lecturers at teachers' training colleges, community leaders and persons involved with youth organisations and youth clubs.

What are the objectives of the training programme?

• To help the participants to develop an understanding of youths' problems, needs and feelings
  
• To develop skills of creating a positive and co-operative atmosphere in the classroom
  
• To develop skills of facilitation relevant to YEP
  
• To demonstrate classroom attitudes and skills that encourage development of desirable social and moral attitudes and behaviour in the learners
