"The Activity Generator" Strand 2d – covenant & administration.

Matching –  cards for older students with names of institutions of the Faith, which could be sorted into elected, appointed and other (e.g. 19-day Feast).

Role-playing – (a) covenant: one student could pretend to make a promise and then someone tempts them to break it. (b) administration: pretend to elect a LSA and then have some meetings of it, then changing roles so that some of the class pretend to be LSA officers at the 19-day Feast while others are members of the community not on the LSA.

"Jigsaw" – the cards of elected and appointed institutions could be arranged, with help, in a "tree" and links added to show the interaction. The resulting diagram could be copied by the students or provided as a handout immediately or at the next class. Having had time to study the diagram, students could try to make the "tree" with the cards by themselves at a later date.

Memorisation – younger students should know the names of institutions, older ones should also know something about them.
