Aim of lesson
:
To study ‘prayerfulness’ through learning a flew prayer and
discussing the behaviours, mood and environment conducive to prayer.
Objectives:
I. Children to remind themselves
about why we pray and what prayer is.
2. Children to demonstrate a prayerful
attitude and behaviours
3. Everyone to rehearse this term’s new
prayer. (‘Pray to God that He may....’ from ‘O Thou Kind Lord’ page 38)
4. Make an Angel mobile to decorate the
prayer (see attached worksheets)
