BCI Training Partners


This BCI program is open for most forms of Training Companies and leads to the establishment of state-of-the art BPO training academies with capabilities and resources to offer international training and certification solutions for all shared services domains and all frontline business process workforce levels.

BCI ATPs are permitted to offer the international BPO certification programs of the BPO Certification Institute (BCI). There are three ATP options open for prospective partners – the Platinum, the Gold and the Silver.

Partnering Options for Training Companies

Depending upon its strategy, resources, history, achievements, impact potential in its geography and the quality of physical and intellectual infrastructure, an organization can choose from Platinum, Gold and Silver ATP options.

Silver ATP Program:

The BCI Silver Partner program is ideal for training organizations operating at a city scale with one or two training centers/academies. These training academies will be mandated to offer BCI BPO certification programs. Also, there are many instances of new entrepreneurs starting out their training ventures by establishing their BCI-licensed BPO Academies after obtaining the BCI Silver Authorized Training Provider (ATP) license. Many applicants for the Silver ATP program are small or medium sized companies who intend to diversify into ICT/BPO training area and who want to do it right the first time!

In most developing and young BPO and ICT nations in Africa, Asia and Latin America, a typical BCI Silver ATP can expect to emerge a leader in business process and shared services training within a year of starting the partnership. Operationally, a Silver ATP may sometimes be connected to a local a Gold or Platinum ATP while BCI directly guides it on strategic and growth aspects. Gold ATP Program:

The BCI Gold Partner program is usually chosen by largish training organizations operating through multiple training centers across cities. The Gold Partner academies are authorized to offer BCI BPO certification programs across all their centers and to all their clients within the permitted territory. Most applicants for the Gold ATP program are established IT or computer training companies who intend to get into BPO workforce development and who want to start out on global standards. Some of the world’s best-known Training companies and brands in Asia and Africa are BCI Gold partners.

In most developing and young BPO and ICT nations in Africa, Asia and Latin America, a typical BCI Gold ATP can expect to emerge a leader in business process and shared services training within a year of starting the partnership.

Platinum ATP Program:

The BCI Platinum Partner program is the most prestigious BPO training partnership opportunity globally. Platinum training providers are mandated to offer BCI BPO certification programs to their clients within the geographic territories permitted under the license. Large national and multinational Training organizations are the best candidates for this program. Most applicants for the Platinum ATP program in developing BPO and ICT nations are large national players in the IT and computer training industry and they acquire the Platinum ATP license to start-off their BPO training business operations on international benchmarks.

In most developing and young BPO and ICT nations in Africa, Asia and Latin America, a typical BCI Platinum ATP can expect to emerge a leading regional BPO training player within a year of starting the partnership. Additionally, all Platinum partners get opportunities to participate in large government projects.
